As the name suggests, a monoprint is a single one off print, unlikely to be repeated in exactly the same way. An exciting way of working, as you never know quite what you’re going to find when you lift the paper!
The monoprint ‘Harry 1916’ has been used as the illustration for a Welsh language novella by Harri Pritchard Jones ‘Disgyn i’w Lle’. I’m so pleased that the designer used the print as I had made it.
